How soon does the first agent run?
That depends on the process. In the proof of concept the agent already works with your real data, before you decide on operation.
What does Forward Deployment cost?
Billing is by compute, that is runtime and processed tokens. You get a reliable price estimate per case after the proof of concept with your real data.
Which systems can be connected?
Mailboxes (IMAP, Microsoft 365), REST and OData interfaces, SFTP, SAP via middleware and ERP connectors such as SelectLine, Proffix, easybill and Timeline.
Who stays in control?
You do. For every tool you decide whether the agent uses it on its own, only after approval or not at all. Every step can be traced.
Where is my data processed?
The platform and its databases run in data centres in Frankfurt am Main. robodocxs is ISO 27001 certified; you receive the data processing agreement before the start.
