Our forward deployed engineers build our customers' processes as AI agents on the robodocxs platform, across mailbox, ERP and file storage. You are at the table when the customer describes the process, and you stay on it until the agent runs in day-to-day work.

For the standard cases we have products. For everything else we have you.
robodocxs automates the work nobody misses for mid-sized companies: capturing orders, checking invoices, resolving support cases, securing knowledge. Our products cover much of it. But every customer has processes that fit no template: complaints from three mailboxes, special approvals, applications that only exist there.
That is what Forward Deployment is for. We build the customer's process as an agent on the same platform as our products, with their real systems and data. You own that path from the first conversation through the proof of concept to live operation. What several customers need goes back into the platform.
Our stack: PHP and Laravel, Livewire and Vue. Plus language models and document recognition that let our agents read documents and prepare decisions.
You take the agent from the first conversation into live operation.
- You capture processes at the customer: which systems are involved, what volumes come in and who checks what today.
- You turn them into agents on the robodocxs platform, with triggers, document processing, rules and approvals.
- You connect mailboxes, SAP and other ERP systems, file storage and business applications, via REST API, webhook or SFTP.
- In the proof of concept you show with real customer data what the agent takes over and where a person approves.
- You take the agent live, keep an eye on it and extend it together with the customer.
- You pass on to the product team what several customers need, so it becomes part of the platform.
You write code that runs, and you listen before you write it.
- You have experience in software development, ideally with PHP and Laravel.
- You have built interfaces and know formats such as JSON, XML or EDI. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- You have worked with language models or want to: writing prompts, checking results, catching failure cases.
- You like talking to customers and can sum up a process so that the business side and engineering understand the same thing.
- You work independently, set priorities and get things done.
- You speak business-fluent German and good English.
